Kenya Airways will add extra flights on its Nairobi-Seychelles route with effects from February 6, 2019, reports Tourism Update.

The extra two flights which will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays, will bring Kenya Airways Seychelles service to daily.

The seven-days a week direct flights would definitely make the Seychelles more accessible to a few of the island's important markets, such as the North American market.

And with Kenya Airways always being a steady and reliable partner for Seychelles, the new development will only strengthen the partnership.

Kenya Airways launched a non-stop flight between New York and Nairobi in October 2018. The additional flights to the Seychelles will create more opportunity and capacity for travellers from the US to visit the islands via Nairobi.

Kenya Airways is the longest-serving airline in Seychelles, having flown to the islands for the past 41 years.
