AccorHotels, the world’s leading travel & lifestyle group, has signed Mövenpick Hotel Dakar in partnership with Excellenc6 Senegal Hotels & Resorts.

Opening in early 2021, the 462-key hotel will be located in Diamniadio, close to Dakar’s new Blaise Diagne International Airport, as well as the expanding seaport of Bargny.

Mövenpick Hotel Dakar will be a dining destination, offering a choice of 11 venues including 3 specialty restaurants, one ‘Panoramic’ restaurant and bar and an all-day dining outlet.

The new hotel will feature a conference centre with 12 meeting rooms, while travellers will enjoy facilities such as two swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a kids club and a spa.

AccorHotels now has a committed network in the Middle East and Africa of over 400 hotels, representing close to 100,000 rooms across 35 countries in the region.
