Due to demand, RwandAir has further increased capacity on its Kigali-Harare-Cape Town route.

With effect from 28 November, the East African airline has started to deploy the Airbus A330 aircraft on this route.

The Airbus A330 is scheduled to operate this route four times a week until 14 January, 2019, replacing the Boeing 737-800 usually on this route.

RwandAir had on 16 May, 2018, launched a four-weekly service from Kigali to Cape Town via Harare using a smaller Bombardier CRJ aircraft.

Commonly referred to as the Mother City, Cape Town is a port city in South Africa. Top tourist attractions include the Table Mountain, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope and Robben Island.
