Turkish Airlines has re-established air connectivity between Ankara and Rome with a twice weekly direct flights between the two European cities.

The flights between the two capital cities will take place on Mondays and Thursdays starting on 7 January 2019 using an Airbus A320 aircraft.

The new service complements Turkish Airlines services from Istanbul to 8 Italian destinations including Rome, Milan, Venice, Pisa, Bologna, Naples, Catania and Bari.

Popular with tourists and leisure travellers, Rome, Italy’s capital, is a sprawling, cosmopolitan city with nearly 3,000 years of globally influential art, architecture and culture on display.

Turkish Airlines is the national airline of Turkey. It currently operates scheduled flight services to 304 destinations making it the largest carrier in the world by number of destinations.
