KLM is once again in the forefront of elevating passenger experience with the recent launch of its Dutch version of the Google Assistant.
The digital voice-activated platform allows customers to now search easily for KLM flights by giving spoken instructions in Dutch service.
The Dutch Google Assistant which will be rolled out in phases by Google in the coming period, will help users find answers more quickly - hands free - and to get things done faster.
The Dutch version is currently only available for the Google Assistant on smartphones and tablets but will later be expanded to include other mobile devices such as Google Home.
This new KLM service is also available in English from 26 July, making KLM one of the first companies in the world to offer a service on this platform in more than one language.
KLM’s smart assistant BB, known as Blue Bot, helps customers to find KLM flights. Once the flight has been found, BB sends them a link which takes them to KLM.com where they book the flight.
KLM’s Blue Bot is based on artificial intelligence, which is linked to a combination of KLM and external technologies. BB is self-learning and has her own personality.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
