Kenya Airways Moves to New Terminal at Guangzhou Airport

Kenya Airways will move its operations to the brand new Terminal 2 of the Guangzhou’s Baiyun international Airport, China with effective 26th April 2018, reports atcnews.

Flight KQ 887 and flight KQ 886 will mark Kenya Airways last operations from Terminal 1. All subsequent flights to Guangzhou International Airport will arrive and depart from Terminal 2.

Kenya Airways check-in counters will be located at row M in Terminal 2. Check-in counter will open by 18:55 daily and will be closed 75 minutes before departure.

To get to Terminal 2, passengers can take Metro Line 3 and disembark at Airport North. For passengers who need to move between terminal 1 and terminal 2, there is a free Shuttle bus.

The shuttle bus service will operate between these 2 locations – Terminal 2 at Gate 42 and Terminal 1 at Gate 10.

Kenya Airways operates daily service between Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport using a Boeing 787-8.
