Air France’s new subsidiary, Joon, has commenced scheduled flight services between Paris, France and Cape Town, South Africa.

The inaugural flight touched down in the beautiful South African city on Tuesday 3 April 2018 following a flight from Paris CDG Airport.

The three weekly-service will be operated using Joon’s newly refurbished Airbus A340 aircraft with three cabins including Business class, Premium Economy cabin and Economy class.

Targeted at young people, Joon was established in 2017 and commenced operations on 1 December 2017, serving destinations within Europe and the Americas, Middle East and Africa.

Dynamic and creative, Cape Town is a cheerful, sun-soaked coastal city surrounded by mountains and sea, in a majestic setting.

The Mother City has an African-chic Riviera feel about it. Its heart beats in the shade of Table Mountain, a prominent landmark overlooking the city that visitors can ascend by cable car.
