Cathay Pacific to Launch Direct Hong Kong-Cape Town Flight

Cathay Pacific will fly to its second destination in South Africa with the launch of seasonal flights between Hong Kong and Cape Town starting from 13 November, 2018.
The three weekly service which will run between November 13, 2018 and February 18, 2019, will be operated by a three-class Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
Cathay Pacific's Airbus A350-900 has a total of 280 seats including 38 seats in business class in 1-2-1 layout, 28 seats in the premium economy class and 214 seats in the economy class.
Flight CX795 will leave Hong Kong at 23:45 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and arrive in Cape Town at 8:05 the following morning. Flight CX794 will depart Cape Town at 11:05 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and arrive Hong Kong at 6:55 the next morning.
Cathay Pacific currently operates daily service between Hong Kong and Johannesburg using a Boeing 777-300ER. Passengers can connect to Cape Town on flights with Kulula Airlines.
