Kenya's national carrier, Kenya Airways has been named the Best Airline Company in Kenya in 2017.
The East African airline scoped the award in the aviation sector category during the Jumia Travel Awards 2018 held at Fairmont the Norfolk Nairobi in January, 2018.
The coveted awards feted winners who showed commitment to the travel and hospitality industry.
Receiving the award on behalf of the airline, Diran Oloyede, Business Development Manager said the award was made possible by the passion and dedication of staff and guests's support.
Winners of the various categories were also awarded with several giveaways including free hotel stays. Kenya Airways gave out free air tickets to various winners.
This year, the awards were held in nine African cities including Algiers, Dakar, Abidjan, Accra, Douala, Dar es Salaam, Kampala, Kenya and Nigeria.
Kenya Airways currently serves Africa, Europe, Middle East, Indian sub continent and Asia. The airline will launch non stop direct flights to New York, United States in October this year.

Prices in the Sol Torremolinos Don Pablo are the same than two weeks ago.
Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
