As a way of enhancing customers' online booking experience and re-positioning for international operations, Nigeria's Air Peace has simplified the booking process on its website.

Air Peace has made it easier for intending passengers to search, book and pay for their flights on whatever platform they prefer.

Additionally, the airline now gives passengers the opportunity to select their seats online immediately after booking their tickets on their website. Check-in, however, still opens 24 hours before the flight.

On recently booking a flight on its website, The Afritraveller found out that the airline had also removed the 'hidden' charges it hitherto charged customers while booking for flights on their website.

With the removal of the hidden charges, what you see is what you pay, except of course the bank charges at the point of online payment.

Air Peace has also stepped up their pre and post-flight customer service. First of its kind in Nigeria, the airline now sends an email to remind customers of their flights and another email just after their flights.

Air Peace is one of the largest airlines in Nigeria. It currently flies to 11 domestic destinations and regionally to Accra in Ghana.

The airline is in the process of launching operations to more regional destinations as well as to Dubai, London, Houston, Guangzhou, Mumbai, and Johannesburg.
