Ethiopian Airlines will launch scheduled flight services between Addis Ababa and Geneva, the capital of Switzerland with effect from June 3, 2018.

The new service will operate three times a week via Milan, leaving Addis Ababa Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and returning to Addis Ababa on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The route will be operated with a Boeing 787-8, one of the most technologically advanced aircraft in the carrier’s fleet family, featuring up-to-date amenities with redefined travel experiences.

Geneva is a global city and center for diplomacy, hosting the highest number of international organizations in the world including the headquarters of the United Nations and the Red Cross.

It’s a perfect complement to Addis Ababa which is Ethiopian Airlines hub and Africa’s diplomatic capital with the headquarters of the African Union and the Economic Commission for Africa.

The new service will offer government officials and staff from regional and international organizations in Geneva and Africa to enjoy seamless and convenient connectivity on Ethiopian Airlines.

As with all Ethiopian Airlines flights, customers on the new service will enjoy the much acclaimed African-flavored Ethiopian hospitality.
