Nigerian Passenger Dies Onboard Emirates Flight

A passenger has reportedly died aboard one of Emirates flights to Nigeria just a few hours after the airline relaunched its second daily flight to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. According to SaharaReporters, a Nigerian passenger identified as Mrs. Abaniwonda Modupe Kofoworola was found dead onboard the aircraft when it landed at the Lagos Airport on Friday. Flight EK783 which was operated by a Boeing 777-300ER was scheduled to arrive Lagos at 15:55hrs, but arrived before schedule at 15:50 hrs with the corpse of Mrs. Kofoworola. On arrival, the airline crew notified the medical team of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) who confirmed Mrs. Kofoworola dead after about 30 mins. The cause of Mrs. Kofoworola's death is yet to be ascertained.
