Kenya Airways has been named the Best Airline in the Aviation Sector Category at the recently held Digital Inclusion Awards, 2017 which took place at the InterContinental Hotel Nairobi, Kenya.

The Digital Inclusion Awards recognizes and awards the key players from various sectors in Kenya that have adopted digital technology in their daily business so as to enhance their customers' experience.

Kenya Airways has recently been introducing online products and features in its operations to further enhance its customers experience including improved online booking processes and payment solutions.

Earlier in December, the airline announced partnership with Pesalink to provide mobile and bank payment options for bookings online. The payment solution is powered by Cellulant.

As a way of ushering their customers into first class services, Kenya Airways launched a newly-redesigned version of its website featuring full functionality which enhances site navigation.

In October, Kenya Airways was named Africa’s Leading Airline, 2017, at the World Travel Awards in Kigali, Rwanda. It was also named Africa’s leading airline – Business Class for the 5th year running.
