Air Peace Brings Forward Launch of Abuja-Uyo Route

Nigeria's Air Peace has brought forward the launch date for its new service between Abuja, the Capital of Nigeria and Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State in the south-south region of Nigeria.

The service which was earlier announced to commence on 15 December, 2017, will now commence on 7 December, 2017. The new service will operate daily using a Boeing 737 aircraft.

Air Peace was founded in 2013 and currently operates a fleet of 13 aircraft on scheduled passenger services to 11 destinations in Nigeria as well as to Accra in Ghana.

The airline is in the process of launching international operations to Guangzhou (China), London (United Kingdom), Dubai (UAE), Atlanta (USA), Mumbai (India) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Regionally, Air Peace also plans to fly to Niger, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon and Congo.
