Passengers connecting through Heathrow Terminal 2 | The Queen’s Terminal, will now benefit from a faster transfer experience, thanks to an improved journey through Terminal 2B (T2B).

The new facility enables passengers, whose flights arrive and depart at T2B, to pass through security within the same concourse, providing a more convenient and faster travel experience.

Star Alliance passengers travelling in First or Business Class or holding Star Alliance Gold Status, can relax in either the Air Canada, Singapore Airlines or United lounge, which are all located in T2B.

Operating from a single terminal ensures that Star Alliance carriers offer the approximately 12 million annual customers using T2B a vastly improved travel experience, including shorter connecting times.

Latest technology is deployed throughout the terminal to give passengers more control over their journey.

Currently, 24 Star Alliance airlines serve London Heathrow Airport. Together they operate over 117 flights per day to 44 destinations in 27 countries from Heathrow.
