Turkish Airlines will expand its African network with the launch of scheduled flight operations to Freetown International Airport, Sierra Leone, according to Routesonline.

From 24 February, 2018, Turkish Airlines plans to extend two of its current four-weekly Istanbul Ataturk-Ouagadougou services to Freetown.

Boeing 737-900ER is scheduled to operate this route. The Istanbul Ataturk-Ouagadougou sector remains unchanged at four weekly.

Turkish Airlines flies to more destinations than any other airline in the world. It currently flies to 300 destinations across the world including 44 in Africa.
