An Etihad Airways Boeing 777-200 Freighter Captain has died while commanding a cargo flight from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam, forcing the carrier to make an emergency landing in Kuwait.
Aviation herald reports that the incident happened on 27 September, 2017 when the aircraft was enroute at FL320 and the captain became incapacitated prompting the first officer to perform emergency landing in Kuwait
In a statement on Wednesday, Etihad Airways confirmed the incident saying the aircraft was diverted safely to Kuwait where a medical team had assembled to assist the Captain.
“Etihad Airways is saddened to report the death of one of its pilots onboard flight EY 927, a freighter service from Abu Dhabi to Amsterdam. After the captain became incapacitated early in the flight, the First Officer issued an emergency call and safely diverted the aircraft to Kuwait,” Etihad said.
According to the airline, after the medical team met the aircraft in Kuwait and offered medical treatment, the pilot was pronounced dead on arrival.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
