Air Canada will enhance its existing year-round service between Montreal, Canada and Casablanca, Morocco by transferring the service to Air Canada mainline from Air Canada Rouge.

The non-stop service will be operated using an Airbus A330-300 with 292 seats including 27 in Business class, 21 in Premium Economy class and 244 in Economy class.

Air Canada Rouge is the vacation and leisure airline subsidiary of Air Canada. It currently operates daily service between Montreal and Casablanca using a 282 seat Boeing 767-300ER.

Through its subsidiary, Air Canada began the Montreal-Casablanca service on June 3, 2016 with four weekly flights which was later upgraded to a daily service.

Air Canada is Canada's largest domestic and international airline flying to more than 200 destinations on six continents. It is among the 20 largest airlines in the world and in 2016 served close to 45 million customers.
