Emaar Properties will develop about 10 million sq ft of waterfront residences and a brand-new hotel project at Dubai Harbour, the 20 million sq ft destination developed by Meraas.

Dubai Harbour was launched earlier this year by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
