In a first for Zimbabwe hospitality, Africa Albida Tourism (AAT) has introduced 24-hour reservations, cementing its position as a leader in the industry in Zimbabwe.

According to Ross Kennedy, Chief Executive of AAT, the move was implemented to better serve the needs of customers who are in different time zones, for example Australia, USA and Asia.

"As a group, we are acutely aware of how quickly the world is changing, and we want to position ourselves in line with current trends and requirements", said Kennedy.

The group’s central reservations, located at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, will be operating 24 hours every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Africa Albida Tourism has luxurious properties located in Africa’s most sought after destinations, offering spectacular views in natural surroundings with opportunities for wildlife viewing.

Hotels and Lodges in the company's portfolio include Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, Victoria Falls Safari Club, Victoria Falls Safari Suites, Lokuthula Lodges and Ngoma Safari Lodge.

In another development Africa Albida Tourism will also be introducing a LiveChat box on its website, to facilitate real-time enquiries online.
