Cheshire Services Ethiopia is an independent and non-profit organization that provides orthopedic and social rehabilitation services for children and young people with disabilities.

As a national flag carrier, Ethiopian has a strong commitment towards discharging its corporate social responsibility and has been supporting various programs in the areas of health, community development, environment, education, and sport.

on January 30, 2017, Ethiopian Airlines donated over 500kg of medical supplies to the Ethiopian Ministry of Health (MoH) which were distributed to various hospitals and clinics throughout the country.

On December 31, 2016, Ethiopian Airlines Celebrated Christmas with Orphans drawn from fourteen humanitarian organizations including Abebech Gobena, Mary Joy, Alepha School, Nehemia Authism Center, NIA Foundation, Meseret Humaniterian Organization, Mother Teresa etc.
