Three Foreign Ministers to Grace Port Harcourt Bantaba
Three foreign Ministers will be in attendance at this year's Port Harcourt Bantaba which will hold at De Edge Hotel Resort, Port Harcourt on 16th – 17th March, 2017.
The foreign ministers include Timothy McPherson, Finance Minister of Acompong, Jamaica, Walter Mzembi, Tourism Minister for Zimbabwe and Alain St Ange, Tourism Minister for Seychelles.
This edition of Bantaba is unique as Bantaba would be returning after 2 years absence but with a shift from its traditional Abuja location to the Garden City of Port Harcourt, popularly referred to as the Treasure Base of the Nation. While Syechelles and Acompong will be making a maiden apprearance at the event, same cannot be said about Zimbabwe is a regular as it was fully represented at the 2016 12th Akwaaba Travel Market, held in Lagos, by its Deputy Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Annastacia Ndlouv.
Leading globally rated experts will be speaking at this year's edition including Mr. Damian Cook from East Africa, an expert on e-tourism and eMarketing Strategy.
Bantaba is a travel and tourism speed dating event that was first held on Abuja in 2011. The 2017 Bantaba speed dating will offer a platform for travel trade networking in the South-South & South- East region of Nigeria.
