KQ Launches Redesigned and Upgraded Website
As a way of ushering their customers into first class services, Kenya Airways has launched a newly-redesigned version of its website featuring full functionality.
The newly redesigned website features enhanced site navigation with a detailed drop down sub menus as well as a more visually appealing interface, making it more engaging and rewarding to the user.
The mobile version of the new website is fully responsive, and is smartphone and tablet-ready, with touch-screen friendly design and content, larger fields and bigger buttons.
The new website is personalized so customer can login and store their personal details such as preferred seat, preferred meals and frequent flyer details etc. Users can also create dependant's profile.
To protect users against Credit Card Fraud, the new site features enhanced and secure payment flows with different payment options for customer to choose from i.e Visa, Master Card, AMEX,UATP, PAYPAL, ALIPAY , China Union Pay(CUP) and Mobile Money.
If you would like to talk to the airline, there is a real-time interactive feedback button on the right hand side of the homepage.
The new website also feature a revamped media page except that there are only three (old) news items there.
