In an effort to provide customers with a more personalized and sophisticated service, East African carrier, RwandAir has upgraded its Dream Miles Loyalty System.

The airline has by so doing, become the first African airline to have a payment facility loaded on their frequent flyer cards in partnership with Ecobank and CPI U.K.

This upgrade will allow the airline to provide a more specialized and personalized service to their customers.

As part of the system upgrade, the airline will need to revalidate and verify their client’s information.

All existing members are to contact the airline's Dream Miles team to revalidate their accounts in order to have their new payment enabled cards printed and redeem miles and benefits of the program.
