Air Algérie Commences Flight Services to Budapest

Air Algérie has commenced flight services between Algiers and Budapest, Hungary Ferenc Liszt International Airport with effect from 15 September, 2016.
The twice-weekly service which will be operated on Thursdays and Sundays aboard the airline’s Boeing 737-600s faces no direct competition.
Welcoming the inaugural flight, Jost Lammers, CEO of Budapest Airport, said “It’s always a great pleasure to welcome a new airline partner, especially one which adds such an attractive destination to our route network.
Air Algérie’s service further enhances our links to North Africa, and the carrier re-joins us during another year which see us continuing to outperform most European markets.”
Air Algérie currently operates scheduled international services to 39 destinations in 28 countries in Europe, North America, Africa,Asia, and the Middle East, as well as domestic services to 32 airports.
