Panic as Kenya Airways Plane Develops Fault Mid-Air

Kenya Airways on Wednesday, August 31 confirmed that one of its aircraft Boeing 737-800 developed a mechanical problem mid-air en route to South Africa.
The aircraft had left Jomo Kenyatta International Airport(JKIA), Kenya having departed from Kenya’s capital, Nairobi at 7.40am.
No injuries were reported as the technical hitch was discovered on time and the plane recalled back to the airport(JKIA)
There were no details on how many people were on board when the incident happened
The hitch was later fixed and the affected plane left for the same destination nearly four hours later, inconveniencing the customers on board.
The incident is a big drawback to KQ coming in less than two weeks after one its aircraft heading to South Africa was forced to make an emergency landing at Moi International Airport in Mombasa after it developed a technical problem.
