RwandAir, the national carrier of Rwanda, has reportedly delayed the planned launch of its new Airbus A330 flight to Mumbai, India.

According to reports, the Mumbai flight will now be launched in December, 2016. The airline had originally planned to begin flights with the new Airbus aircraft in September on a route to Mumbai.

Afritraveller sent a tweet to RwandAir inquiring why the decision was made but at the time of this publication, the airline hadn't responded.

Meanwhile, the Kigali-based carrier has announced the commencement of new services to Cotonou and Abidjan with effect from 2 September 8 October respectively.
