A passenger has delivered a baby girl aboard a Cebu Pacific's flight 5J015 from Dubai to Manila, Philippines last Sunday, August 14, 2016.
This is the first time a baby has been delivered onboard the airline's aircraft. Baby girl 'Haven' was born approximately four hours into the flight. Cebu Pacific's cabin crew, along with two registered nurses who were also passengers on the flight, assisted with the delivery.
The flight diverted to Hyderabad, India, to ensure the mother and baby received medical assistance. Both mother and baby, who was born premature at 32 weeks, are being assisted by CEB's Customer Care team.
"We are happy that both mother and daughter are doing well, and would like to commend our flight and cabin crew for handling the situation with utmost professionalism and efficiency. We also express our sincerest gratitude to the two volunteer nurses who helped ensure the baby's safe delivery," says Lance Gokongwei, CEB President and CEO.
To celebrate the occasion in the life of one of our passengers, Cebu Pacific awarded Baby Haven one million GetGo points, which she can use to fly with the airline for free. GetGo is CEB's lifestyle rewards program. The baby's points have no expiry, and may be shared with her family.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
