Renewed fighting between rival factions in the unity government erupted in South Sudan's capital, Juba on Sunday forcing airlines to suspend flights to the Juba airport.
Kenya Airways said on Sunday it was suspending flights to South Sudan's capital Juba.
"We wish to advise our guests that we have suspended flights to Juba, South Sudan due to uncertain security situation," the airline wrote on its Twitter account.
In a statement, RwandAir said it was cancelling its flights to Juba. "This is to inform you that our flights to and from Juba (South Sudan) have been cancelled today Sunday 10 July 2016 due to the prevailing security situation in Juba.
We will closely monitor the situation and keep you informed of our flights operations to and from Juba.
We are informing and assisting all concerned passengers through the contacts provided in their bookings." the airline said.
The United Nations Security Council said it would meet later on Sunday to discuss the violence. The European Union, a major donor, and Kenya called for a swift return to order.

Good location astounding but the staffs are rude and they make me wait so long for the service. They charge me more than what is on the website and did not refund me the manager is not helping with the issue
