Henok Teferra is the Chief Executive Officer of ASKY Airlines, the first pan-African cross boarder airline. He was appointed to the position on May 18, 2015.

Henok Teferra had been a member of ASKY airline’s board of Directors since 2013 and replaced Yissehak Zewoldi who served ASKY as CEO since September 2013.

Henock also served Ethiopian Airlines since September, 2013 as Vice President for Corporate Strategy, Communication and Alliances.

Before joining Ethiopian Airlines as Director of Corporate Strategy and Government Affairs in March 2010, Henock served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as First Secretary in charge of Economic Planning and Negotiations of Bilateral Air Service Agreements since February 2003.

A graduate of Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I), Henok Teferra is an Expert on legal, political & security issues. He speaks Amharic, French, English and German.
