South Africa's regional carrier, Airlink will From 16 February 2015, introduce a new schedule between Durban and Maputo. Same day return flights will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, whilst midmorning flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Fights on Tuesdays and Thursdays will depart Durban at 06h45 and 16h00. Flights from Maputo will depart at 08h30 and 17h35.

Midmorning flights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday depart Durban at 10h10 and from Maputo at 11h45. The new schedule operating on Tuesdays and Thursdays will allow travelers to enjoy a direct same day business service between Durban and Maputo with the option to extend their visit to include an overnight stay.
